Let’s dive into these 5 different resorts set to open in 2024-2025.

1. The Global Ambassador

This one is first because this anticipated hotel has arrived! 🥳 The Global Ambassador opened in December 2023 and, in January, opened their Mediterranean rooftop bar, Théa, which gives you an incredible view of Camelback Mountain! This hotel has four different restaurant concepts. I covered their first restaurant that opened along with their Grand opening called Le Âme, and while I was visiting, I got to take a glimpse of the stunning property!

From the moment you step into the grand lobby, prepare to be mesmerized by the stunning architecture and decor. The rooms at The Global Ambassador are designed to be your personal sanctuary. They are incredibly comfortable and spacious, featuring king-size beds that will make you feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. After a long day of exploring, relax and take advantage of the fantastic Camelback Mountain views. Some of the amenities these suites provide are in-room bars, handpicked art collections, luxurious bathrobes, and a Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer.

But the experience doesn’t stop at fabulous accommodations. The Global Ambassador is also a culinary haven. Nestled right in the heart of the Global Ambassador is Le Âme, an elegant Parisian steak house that brings all the romantic vibes. They also share three other restaurant concepts: théa, Pink Dolphin, and Lobby Bar.

In essence, The Global Ambassador is more than just a resort; it’s a haven of luxury in the heart of Scottsdale. Mark your calendars and get ready to experience luxury like never before!

2. The Ritz Carlton: Palmeraie

Let me give you a sneak peek at the Ritz Carlton: Palmeraie, which is set to open in Paradise Valley, Arizona, in Fall 2024. The resort is a sight to behold, nestled beautifully against the backdrop of Camelback Mountain. I was immediately taken in by the resort’s iconic 400-foot swimming pool and lush gardens.

Although the projected date is set to open in the Fall of 2024, there are some pieces that will be ready sooner. There will be a first group of condominiums for sale right on the property, among other developments! As for shopping, there has not been confirmation of any brands, but we can expect the space will have “ultra-luxury retail and dining.”

At the heart of the resort, the Lobby Bar is an absolute treat. It will serve up imaginative cocktails highlighting mezcals and tequila, all in an environment that will make you feel both luxurious and inviting. There will also be two other culinary concepts where you can order freshly squeezed juice or enjoy something delicious at the espresso bar.

I’m truly excited to check out their grand opening, and I’m already planning my visit for when the Ritz Carlton: Palmeraie officially opens in 2024.

3. SLS Scottsdale

The SLS brand is a luxury hotel famously known for its incredible locations, such as Los Angeles, Miami, Dubai, Cancun, and Barcelona, and now Scottsdale, Arizona, has made itself on the list! The doors at SLS Scottsdale are projected to open in 2024. There aren’t too many details, but based

The property will be a nine-story building with two of those floors solely dedicated to entertainment. The architectural design and property design are going to be absolutely stunning. Since 2008, SLS has continued to establish luxury destinations all over the world that fuse playful glamour with elegant innovation.

I’ll be excited to compare the new location versus the one located in Tucson, Arizona. Don’t forget to subscribe to receive alerts on my latest Arizona Places!

4. Caeser’s Republic

Scottsdale is getting a taste of Las Vegas with the new build for Ceaser’s Republic Scottsdale, a non-gaming boutique hotel near Fashion Square Mall. The famed Chef Giada De Laurentiis will be opening two restaurants, La Luna and Pronto. Both the resort and restaurants are taking reservations even though their projected opening date is March 6th, 2024.

The resort will also have its own restaurant concept called Seven, a rooftop bar located on the seventh floor of the resort, providing endless Arizona sunsets. You can expect to enjoy panoramic views of Camelback Mountain, elevated pool lounge and dining services.

5. VAI Resort

This resort was the most controversial topic for Arizonans because it has been under construction since 2021! Everyone was arguing whether this insane luxury resort, amphitheater tower, or Adventure park would be built. As the largest resort in Arizona, they’re projecting to open at the end of 2024, with some remaining portions in 2025.

There was so much thought into the design of this property. Every room/suite is perfectly calculated to overlook the performance venue. The stage will also be able to accommodate other entertainment like fight nights and NBA or NFL drafts.

This resort will also have TWELVE different restaurants and retail, all built around a swimming oasis where there is actual sand!?

With the resorts insane entertainment, culinary options,
